I show readers how everyone can lead with clarity, courage, and care, and build a supportive, trustworthy, and high-potential team culture where people feel safe, proud of their contributions, and deeply connected to their work. I discuss the characteristics of great leaders including curiosity, a growth mindset, and giving yourself permission to not have all the answers. I also encourage you to explore and laugh with your team, to be confident in your goals, but flexible about the path you take to get there. Be firm about accountability and align your team and employee experience around shared respect, transparency, and honesty.
